Must also be Lebron fatigue; he's only played in 80% of this season's games. Considering that there are players who have missed nearly no games and who have gleaned per-game stats that are nearly as impressive as his, it should come as no surprise that he isn't at the top of the list at this point.

That said, I consider myself a casual James fan and expect and hope for him to perform greatly in the remaining 32 games and re-insert his name legitimately into the MVP conversation.
