I would use win7 ent. addition. I know some people don't like Windows 8. If you have an ext. hdd than you can copy the files over to it.
The OS issues is mostly what you like to use. Myself I like Windows 7. I've tried Windows 10 and it's kinda like 7 and 8 mixed together. For now, I'm staying on Windows 7 for as long as they support it.
Never did like Windows ME or Windows Vista both of those are big POS OS!
