So....if I go into a bar and light up a cigarette....if the owner kicks me out IMMEDIATELY, is he still in trouble under the law? What about some of the bigger, open air bars? What is an acceptable time for the bar to remove a smoking patron?

If the smoker won't get popped, why SHOULDN'T he go into a bar and light up. Worst case, he fricks over the bar and gets put on the ban list.
