Would you recommend me starting with persona 1 or 2 over 3 or 4 ?
never played any of them. kind of intimidated by the fact that these gaes are over 60+ hours and not sure if I will have time to get through all of them.

FWIW I get the most enjoyment out of a jrpg with a great story.

From my research on it in have decided I will start with persona 4 golden on vita. Not sure if that helps you.

I would play it in this particular order if possible:
Persona 3: FES, Persona 4: Golden, Persona 2 games (I forget the order of them atm.) Not sure you really would want to play Persona 1 unless you are really into the Shin Megami Tensei games, which can be quite aggravating to casual gamers as they are quite difficult. P1 is a lot more like those games, and the battle system in P1 is pretty meh... P2 and P3 have the better stories, and P4 has the better characters. /endramble
