No doubt. I wouldn't blame them. McKinley Middle Magnet's 'magnet program' was MOVED from Glasgow(in Southdowns) for obvious reasons a few years before I got there. We had some AWESOME teachers. I remember so much of those lectures/lessons to this day.

Yeah there were also some really awesome teachers at SMHS before they let the neighborhood thugs attend. Teachers that you could tell were passionate about the subjects they taught and wanted their students prepared for college and to succeed. You wanted to do well in their classes to make them proud you looked up to them so much back then.
