Link to where it is said no workout threads period.

There are a number of threads already on the OT about supplements and work outs. No one says it can't be discussed in those threads.

Every clique on the site doesn't need there own daily/weekly thread.

It has been said numerous times that there are a few approved IM threads daily. Those threads are used to keep other threads from being derailed.

i dont have time to link every teacher thread but they are there literally every day.

but thats beside the point, i dnt care that they are there. Just aggervated about the daily workout thread shut down. and i cant link it, it was a private mesg i had from an admin that said "no more daily workout thread"

and i understand about the IM threads, but again man this isnt an IM thread, no one is bullshitting in it about whatever. It stays on topic and always about fitness or diet.

Basically please let me know what its okay to do because myself and others enjoy it.
