Lots of pine woods and dog running. Deer population is not good unless you have a tract of land that has been managed well.

Another poster here has a place in Poplarville, and they basically only have does and hogs. Lease next to them seems like it is filled with outlaws, so I'm sure they don't manage it well. Property is pretty much all pine trees too. IIRC, he has around 900ac to hunt
