Just out of curiosity since I use charcoal but why or how does a $900 propane grill cook better than a $200 propane grill?

I could ask the same about charcoal grills.

But exponentially better build quality with the ability to find replacement parts if needed are two biggies. Cheap ones seem to rust through and cause flare ups within a year or two. Sure you can just buy a new one, but the one Im replacing has lasted for about 15 years. Ive only replaced two burners and two if the wheels fell off. Since it doesnt move I dont care about the wheels.

I need something smaller and would like a quality grill and not a rust bucket.
