Yeah, that's complete garbage.

If special teams don't matter, then get rid of them. FG kickers are important and if you are going to have them at all, then you should put the best of them in the Hall of Fame. It should be considered according to position.

You should not have 100 RBs (or whatever it is) and only one kicker in the HOF. I get having more of other positions, but if you don't put the ALL-TIME LEADING SCORER IN NFL HISTORY in the HOF, then what do you even have the Hall for?

That makes no sense.
