She Simmers Thai lady's blog about Thai cooking. I don't visit it often, but it is my go to spot for that style of cooking.

My Year With Chris Guy cooks recipes from Cook's Illustrated and other Chris Kimball outlets; comments and rates them. If I see one in Cook's I might want to try, I see what he has to say about it.
