Few if any doubt his skills or track record. It's his lifelong bachelor lifestyle, and Belichick/Saban "obsessive" personality that can make him a tough fit for some..of which imho I consider a plus of his as a DC. And what is his recruiting track record? Or stances on inherited defensive staff?

Doesn't CP have elderly parents with health conditions or something like that? I remember hearing that's why he may want to stay out west.
