Well, if he's Indian, his eyes are likely brown though there are some striking examples of blue eyed and more incredible green eyed people from India.
As back to Indian food, a lot of Indians don't like a lot of Indian food. I talked a lot with an Indian Uber driver last week and he said there are some Indian foods he literally can't eat. He said it's super regional and he said one time he traveled down to a city a couple of hundred miles to the south and he went 4 days without eating because he wasn't used to the food. He said they only made food from different regions on Friday.
