I love Indian food, but I know plenty of people that won't even give it a shot. I honestly can't say that I've disliked any dish that I've tried. My wife has learned to cook some of our favorites.

Yep. There is a guy I work with that would rather dine alone if the rest of us select Indian food for lunch and he has never even tried it. There are a lot of people around here like that. But anyone who is accustomed to the bold, spicy flavors of southern Louisiana cuisine would probably enjoy Indian food as well.
