Nothing on the rail, what you see sticking out is the laser on the optics.
The 3x zoom also slides to the side so when you don't need it.

I'm still confused what I'm looking at... Red dot on top
Light on left side
Some kind of grip bi-pod stand on bottom
Right side is a laser and some form of scope?
