Yeah that was my general impression as well

But if someone said I had to pick North or South LA to live in for a year to receive 5 million dollars....I would pick South.

South Louisiana is the tits. North looks much more like the rest of the deep south which is boring and bland.

The best living areas for quality of life are Lafayette, The North Shore, and the AP. Lake Charles with an honorable mention. And they're all in South Louisiana.

North Louisiana.

South Louisiana is basically a big mosquito pit with flat featureless terrain. And it stinks a lot, putrid water and dead fish just doesn't make for a pleasant experience.

I think we should give them to Cuba.
