Comes with the job. I had a few fellow reps that gave me a hard time, but after putting out some numbers they hushed up. Most of the lifers are so used to their route and routine that they don't like change very much.

This is definitely the case for my wifes company. Once she started doing ok, they slowed down the shite talking. But once she started doing really well and they gave her a big new account over some of the older guys, it started right back up again. She takes it well and keeps selling the shite out of some booze.
