re: Is This Really How People Decide How Much House They Need?

Have family of four with one on the way and three dogs, we're comfortable in a 2200 square foot home. It could be larger, but we have four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a three car garage, huge backyard on a golf course lot. We're not home all that often either. By your colleagues rule we would need a 3500 square foot home with our new child. That's crazy talk.
