I've always thought 35 was too long.
For the college game, 24 isn't long enough, I'd like to see a 30 second clock.

Definitely this. It's too long for sure. It doesn't have to be 24 like the NBA, but 35 is way yoo much IMO. 30 seems like a nice compromise, and you could still have plenty of time to run offenses.
Personally, I wouldn't mind it slightly shorter than 30 even (maybe 28ish).
