There is an excellent Popeye's in the ATL Terminal, Concourse B.
I was the first customer (11:00 am opening time) one weekday at the Popeye's in Bay St. Louis several years ago. Two piece white, spicy, spicy rice. The breast was pink and cool inside. (No pics) I brought it back to the counter, the manager gave me my money back and gave me a (thoroughly cooked) three-piece instead for the frees.

There was a black girl at my local Popeye's that always used to throw an extra tender and biscuit into my 3-piece combo. Never waited more than a few minutes.
She either liked me or was slowly trying to kill a white boy with a heart attack.
