My trip is May 26th to June 16th, i might push it to the 23. i plan on landing in Madrid catching a plan to Croatia then working my way back to Spain to catch the flight back.

Im thinking ill have about 5 days in each country.

Croatia:
Plan on flying into Zagreb spending all day(plane lands around 12)and one night there. then head down to Split. Going to stop in split for 2 days then to continue to dubrvonik for a couple days.

Is a bus from Zagreb to split and split to Dubrovnik the best way?
kinda roughing it so hostels and airB&Bs or is it worth getting a decent place in one of the cities?
Any bars/restaurants/activities to do in those 3 cities or along the way?

Italy:
i don't know the best way to get from Dub to Italy. might just fly into rome I want to spend at least a few days there. Any pro tips welcomed for rome and Italy in general.

Spain:
Definitely doing Barca and Madrid. My sis will be there for a few weeks before i get back and should know Madrid well. But should I visit somewhere else on the coast?

My first trip overseas any thing i should/shouldn't bring.

Ive been to all three countries

Croatia is awesome, Split is amazing just walk around at night and find the clubs/bars. If you can't get laid there then something is wrong. Check out the party island of Hvar is sick. Not sure if you will be there for Yacht Week though(which is like half the summer)

There are ferries from Croatia to Italy or you can just fly.

As for Rome depends what do you want to see.

Barca is nice but if your doing the mediterranean lap go to Mallorca. Ibiza is expensive so thats your next best option for some wild fun.

As for flying. Ryan Air or Eastjet are your best options. Its economy airlines but sometimes they don't fly to the major airports.

I think a lot of it has to deal with the sheer number of quality women walking around. You see legit 8's and ups with average and below average dudes like its a regular thing in eastern Europe. Throw into the fact in most countries there are more women than men due to the life styles the men live. Also a lot of them treat their women like shite.

Do people over there hate Americans? I've always heard that many people aren't fond of us, but for some reason I find that hard to believe.

In places like split lots of people speak english esp with the amount of brits and aussies who go there.

The tourism booom has been crazy, it used to be one of europes best kept secrets. Due to being so cheap and so much fun.

Now they are on the euro

Most Europeans use English to communicate with each other when they don't speak each others language.

Florence is really cool and easy to get to from Rome.
If you were going from Italy to Spain you could do via train:
Rome > Florence > Milan > Nice > Barcelona > Madrid

I did it in the other direction (many years ago). I flew to Barcelona, took a train to Nice and then went to Florence via Milan.

Then just speak croatian. If you don't know croatian, they'll still understand you if you speak bosnian or serbian so there's 2 back up plans for you.

Taking the trains in Europe is awesome but usually more expensive than flying.

The only reasonably priced one is the euro star which takes you from London to Paris or Belgium.
