I think it's a growing tread that tobacco users do pay more for their health insurance. I know where I work they pay something like an extra $50 - $60 per month so something in that neighborhood.

You should have at least have an annual physical. I had a friend who was healthy as a horse...fit, ate well, did yoga...
by the time he realized he was having trouble with his throat, the cancer was pretty much everywhere. He died within 8 months.
