Dealt with this myself last year. At 10 weeks, just a couple weeks before we were ready to tell family. It is pretty common, but all you can do is be there for her as she needs you.

Silver lining, you were able to conceive, and it's supposed to come pretty easy again after an MC. My wife and I were pregnant 3 months later, the first month after her Dr. said it was ok again, and we had our beautiful healthy girl last month. Good luck to you two.
