I stretch for about five minutes and then ride the bike for about ten minutes to get the heart rate up. After that I am up. I haven't been eating before I work out, and I am not sure if I should do that or not. I believe it is a better work out in the morning because I am in a hurry and don't want to be late for work, so I don't take a lot of time between sets.
