I've found this to be true, but it took me a while to get there. I've also found the only way I can get up and go the gym in the morning is if I've already set out all my clothes the night before.

Question for people who know a ton more about this stuff than myself: is there any discernible difference in working out in the morning vs in the evening?
I read a book (albeit it was quite a while ago) that said first thing in the morning, even before eating, is best because it a)burns more fat (since you don't have many carbs stored up after just waking up, your body will turn to fat next to burn through) and b) keeps your metabolism stoked throughout the day. Soo..whenever I do workout it's always first thing.
Is that a load of BS or is there any merit to it?
