Ive gotten two speeding tickets, neither time did the cop write down my VIN number and the one that was on the interstate was the same general description I59 southbound near exit such and such (fricking sneaky motorcycle cop hiding on the exit 
). But whatever I was going 77 in a 60, he got me. I just paid it and moved on with my life.
