I just signed up for Sling TV. $25/mo (I opted for the sports package -- ESPN channels and SECN-- at an additional $5/month). No contracts, but when you sign up, if you buy 3 months, you get a free Roku Stick, Fire Stick, or $50 off the box variations. Plus, Sling TV is watchable on Mac & PC, and iOS and Anroid phone/tablets. SlingTV and Netflix and I'm good. I'll probably get an antenna pretty soon for the locals.

This seems like the best plan right? if all I watch is ESPN, AMC, HGTV.... I can get locals from an antenna.

What Internet speeds do you need to stream SlingTV seamlessly? Just curious to see what type of Internet plan I need.

$25 SlingTV + ?? For Internet? = total bill?

Canceled my DirecTv today. Will be signing up for SlingTV (and getting a new Fire TV to go with my Roku). Also picked up a new router because my current one sucks and an HDTV antenna. Feels good to finally cut the cord

I have 50 down - thought about increasing it but Sling seems to run well on 50
