Sure.
They're easy to shoot well and cheap. Only downside is they're tricky to break down to clean, but you won't be doing that a whole lot anyway.
Getting the sig wouldn't be a bad move if you're already familiar with guns and know that's what you want.

I almost threw mine in the trash last year trying to reassemble. Cooler heads did prevail and after a respite I was able to cobble it together.
It still shoots well.
