Weighted Close Grip Chinups (+20 lbs) 5x4
superset
Weighted Dips (+50lbs) 5x8

Rope Curls/Tri Pushdown

Crossover Curls / Crossover Tri Ext

Calf Raises / Band No Money

Might do some abs tonight

i worked out shoulders today, they are hurting like a mofo now.

also for whoever asked, i tried my new protein powder after my workout. The MGN Protein Isolates "ice cream sammich flavor" and it was very good, sweet as a mofo. one scoop is 110cals and 25grams protein.
