Working on round 6 when time expired.

..ended up only benching 205x10x3. I could have gone to 215 but I was late and rushing through my sets.

Today's workout..

21 Snatches at 95
7 rounds of Cindy
15 Snatches at 115
5 rounds of Cindy
9 Snatches at 135
3 rounds of Cindy
3 Snatches at 135

Cindy is:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

I had an auxiliary day:

Weighted Close Grip Chinups (+20 lbs) 5x4
superset
Weighted Dips (+50lbs) 5x8

Rope Curls/Tri Pushdown

Crossover Curls / Crossover Tri Ext

Calf Raises / Band No Money

Might do some abs tonight
