O I know. It's only been a month. Before that, I was heavy into it. It's like a damn drug after a while. I'm starting to go through withdrawals.

Starts Monday unless I can feel well enough this weekend to go at it. This bronchitis has just put me out of commission for a couple weeks.

Ending up working up to only 245x5. Felt off today and didn't push it.

Spent some time working on double unders. This and muscle ups will sink my open workouts.

..and then did the daily workout which was 150kb swings and a 5 burpee penalty every time you broke kb swings. Pumped out 50 to start and then it was 15-20 kb swings at a time the rest of the way.
