If you go for the fish, Yama is #1.
If you like things with lots of stuff going on.. fried stuff, heavy mayo sauces, etc., Yama will not be for you.
It is fantastic IMO. Yes, it is pricey, but I find the rolls plenty filling to not need much.
The Little Rice Roll is the best.

Which one would be for me if I like that stuff?

Sushi Yama is by far the best.
Their fish is very fresh, and their specials are extremely good.
They had a blue fin tuna roll with some sort of jalapeno something or other inside it and it was the best damn thing i've ever had, sushi wise. Their fatty tuna sushi (not roll) is outstanding.
My go to rolls are the Rachael Roll, the Little Rice Roll, and the V-Roll. But i've tried damn near everything. I also get the fatty tuna, smoked salmon, and one other sushi when i'm there.
Also the pork fried dumplings and fried rice are also outstanding. me and the wife eat there almost every friday.
