They're basically pre-season bowl games. It's probable the schools would stick to Cupcake U. if these neutral site deals were not put together for commercial appeal.

why is Wisconsin so special that we agreed to play in Green Bay but they wouldn't play in the Superdome? sorry Houston and Dallas but if we are playing there then let's say we play a neutral site game against Wisconsin. it should be in any other stadium in B1G country like Soldier Field or the Vikings' new one to be fair
