No not all all I just don't like my tax money going to a state agency that significantly under performs & waste my tax payer money. How much money & time has the DOTD wasted on the BB Sixty Rayburn Highway?

every person who pays taxes in Louisiana or buys gas here, should have a massive hard on for DOTD. They have got to be the most wasteful, unproductive, public-tit-sucking parasites in the state. I view them as worse than welfare recipients. At least I don't expect productivity from welfare recipients.
