Given TOPS 'ridiculously easy criteria to receive, minority scholarships in Louisiana is ridiculous. That Advocate article a few weeks ago talking about TOPS not going to minority and/or low income families was a fricking laugh riot. The program doesn't discriminate, and if you honestly can't qualify its easy requirements, just go to trade school and have a healthy middle class life

TOPS should bump up their requirements. I'm not from LA, but they can give me any extra & I'll gladly take it
