The stadium is not the same. The crowd isn't the same. The game isn't the same. Fans are spoiled. Les is stale. But LSU will live on after all of us are dead and buried.

I was too young to remember the one LSU game I went to in the 80's but it's hard to believe that the atmosphere and attitude of the '07 Championship season doesn't compare to the Hodson days. The Florida/Auburn games that season were incredible.
The cupcake teams and the neutral site games really hurt the atmosphere now days but its hard to beat the atmosphere/attidude on Bama game days.
To say that Tiger stadium will never have the atmosphere and attitude of the 80's is a bit of an overstatement.
