Geisha is a pretty good Japanese restaurant around there. Has a nice bar area if you dont want to be in the restaurant area.

Their hamachi kama is legit

Big Heads Tavern is on Millerville. It's a real good neighborhood bar. When I'm out that way, (like when I go to Target) I usually duck in for a beer there.
