What im planning to do is order a Pavestone 35 in. Outdoor Fireplace Insert Kit from home depot. Then choose the color of stones and order 2 pallets of large, 2 pallets of medium and a pallet of mini.

Thanks for the suggestions. Never heard of Isokern - it looks cool but do they make specific ones for outdoor?
Sugar kettle looks badass too - will look into going with a built in one of those if I can't figure out the full on fireplace for a decent cost.
