Yep, I average getting harassed more than once a day. That is one of the biggest gripes I have with Houston, along with the horrid streets inside the loop.

I get approached for stuff at least 5-10 times daily here in SF area.

Any city that provides benefits for homeless people will have a lot of homeless people. They are everywhere.
