If he does, don't take it here, please. If you want to get some aggression out, which is understandable, do some kong fu fighting. There is a scene in a Bruce lee movie where he his very upset, and by him practicing kong fu, it totally brought him into a zen like state. I think the move was called Fist of Fury.
