Harris is going to be the man. I have confidence Cam will get him where he needs to be next season and beyond.

It's definitely a big part of Cam getting Harris ready, but Harris needs to grab the starting job by the balls and not let go. He needs to know the playbook like the Bible and show he's the one to coaches and teammates by being first and last to practice, etc. It's his job if he gives it his all. Doesn't sound like he was ready to do that last year
