Sauce makes a good agar for bacteria. Perfect breeding ground. I would not risk a day of the runs personally...but I'd like you to be our experiment, for research purposes.. Eat it!

If it smells bad, toss it because the meat is going to taste rancid even if you cook it. If it smells okay, I would give it a shot. I'd probably pressure cook them or soak them in vinegar for a few minutes before cooking though.
