Not necessarily. There are still possibilities. As a lawyer I could suggest that perhaps the ball boys were misreading the gauges or perhaps they were being lazy and didn't feel like accommodating Mr. Brady and his ridiculous standards. As a defense attorney I could come up with enough scenarios to sew doubt into the minds of a jury.
