I forget what film it was, but a rather large production shot some scenes in the east over trailer park in Denham...they set up shop in 1 trailer for two weeks and the owner got 50k

I'd guesstimate maybe 1k if you're lucky

That sounds really high. Did the owner tell you that? I've found property owners often misrepresent what they received.

$50K to "rent" a place in Eastover for a few weeks? They could have bought up most of that dump for that amount. Then again, they would then likely OWN a good amount of hazardous waste that would need to be disposed of.
