This is a solid excuse for anything in life.
I had a lawyer call to cancel a deposition in Midland, Texas because he crapped in his pants. He called and said "I can't make the deposition ... I had an accident." I asked "Were you hurt?" and he replied "it was not that kind of accident."
It was a Saturday and we had flown into Midland for the deposition, but the client didn't want to make a big stink of it.
