Almost as idiotic an indicator as to which QB was better in 2005 as the suggestion that because Flynn's 10-2 regular season LSU team won the National Title while Russell's 10-2 regular season team did not make it that makes Flynn a better QB.

I'd agree...if Flynn had put up better numbers, had beaten better opponents, had lost to better opponents, and had not needed so much outside help to have LSU move from #7 to #2 in the final poll.

Did I mention Flynn didn't even take a snap in the SECCG that LSU needed to win in order to even PLAY for this title that seems to make Flynn better? did I mention Flynn's last pass in Tiger Stadium was a pick in 3OT game to an unranked Arky team while LSU was #1? Did I mention he was also under center when LSU lost to UK on the road while also being #1?

Yeah...good thing we had Flynn in 2007. Dude was like a god damn rabbit's foot.
