Build out in the country... when you're living on several acres the only thing that really matters is cutting the grass.
I'm actually considering buying a few goats to help out with that whole grass cutting thing.

That's pretty much what he did. His yard was nothing but a random patchwork of a few green spots with mostly dead or even bare dirt in between. His yard is still not 100% right.
