Maybe I'm just being slow, but this doesn't really make any sense to me. If you are ranked 12th or 11th then there are 10 or 11 people ranked higher than you. Maybe he's talking about for a first year starter. I don't know.

Was about to post the same thing. Alot of the stats in that paragraph aren't really special but they are like OMG WE SAID THIS ITS AMAZING
