Most of SPL is not as good as MLS. Celtic, however, is better than most of MLS
SPL and some of the Championship is around the MLS level.
Celtic is awful and has gotten worse the last 3 years. Getting rolled by a Polish team in the champions league proved that.

Celtic isnt the level it was 3 years ago, fully agreed. They were beating Barcelona and playing with the best 3 years ago. But, Celtic routinely gets to the Group Stages and last 16 of CL. I'd say that puts them ahead of the vast majority of MLS.
