"Similar level" = EPL? Ok. Not sure what your point is then? That Keane plays "at a similar level" as other EPL starters?
Most of SPL is not as good as MLS. Celtic, however, is better than most of MLS

Most of SPL is not as good as MLS. Celtic, however, is better than most of MLS
SPL and some of the Championship is around the MLS level.
Celtic is awful and has gotten worse the last 3 years. Getting rolled by a Polish team in the champions league proved that.
