I don't think Baton Rougeans will associate it with New Orleans. It's not like a Acme Oyster House or Galatoire's. (Personally speaking, I wish the latter restaurants would have stayed in NO. I'll take a Chicken Shack over Galatoire's in their current location any f'n day. That Perkins/Acadian intersection is the best area for restaurants in Baton Rouge. Seeing N.O. restaurants there instead of BR restaurants ticks me off to no end.)
